- Actually scene jumps should also work, it just doesn't have the new scenes

I guess you meant Grace Bath Cam (newly added in 0.65a).
I tested this, and seems to work just fine for me.
I also try with starting a new game and jump to that scene, and it works.

Ok from your traceback, it says
IOError: Couldn't find file 'gracemicrocam/gracebathmicrocam.jpg'.

Your game installation seems to be missing that file.
From your Directory Name, I am guessing that you started from 0.6b-CRUNCHED version, and then upgrade with patch to 0.65a.
You might be missing files and even have some other issues due to that.

I would suggest getting the non-CRUNCHED full 0.65a release file and go from there.

When I try to resume my most recent saves the game starts me in an unrelated point in the game, and none of my acheivements are reflected. Multiple saves start seem to take me to that same point in the game.

hmm, that doesn't sounds like anything that would be originated from the cheat mode code. The mod is a standalone code that does not touch anything in regards to the game's save/load function. The mod also requires a trigger (user clicking on an action from the cheat menu) in order to do anything to the current state of the game-play.

your issue sounds more like either an old game version saves and/or corrupted saves. i would suggest trying a new copy of the game without the mod and see if you are seeing the same issue.
