- Find him and Grace at the shopping center and Ben will invite you over to the house for Drinks (Unlocks TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY)
- Talk to Ben on TUESDAY at the RECEPTION
- Go to the SHOPPING CENTER go to AREA4
- Wait until night time
- Talk to Grace and Ben
- Wake up on Couch
- Put Micro Cams up around the house
- Wake up Grace (Nothing happens)
- Sleep at Graces or Sleep at home
- Go back to Grace's house on TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY when Ben is home.

Grace is dev favorite no doubt about that. Let me guess next update will be solely on Izumi for those he didnt promote her.
