cant progress most of the active quests. mother just wont load the rest of the page when she works out in the living room. neighbour yard work page wont load at all. sisters quest wont trigger. This needs a lot of bugfixing.

It's tied to another quest chain waaaaaaay down the line. There is no indication of this at the time, of course. So you're just left confused and lost.
Continue on with the quest chains of your male friends, and the quests that spin off from them. Eventually you'll end up looking for some legendary Sex Book, which in turn results in you hooking back up with the masseuse at the country club, which eventually lets you relax mom enough to hypnotize her.
....after which you're immediately informed you've hit the end of her content. Wheeeeeee.

Hi, I passed the quests of Adam and Kevin 's men. ( And I 've already had sex with a masseuse for $ 200 )
Stuck early on, quest says:
-Go to the Refectory at recess sit with your friends.
But the quest doesn't update when doing that.
- Go to Cherry at the gym on Monday, Wednesday or Friday at 15:00
She isn't there.
- Go to the Rich Neighborhood between 13:00 and 17:30
You can't do anything there.
-Help your Physics teacher Fagner to workout
Game states no way to do this.
Also, what are you supposed to do in the evenings, everything is closed and there is nothing to do at home.
