i've played your game it been a while for game like this to be good enough for hours i've failed 2 of 3 run (since i haven't read your guide at all) most of the game are enjoyable
but there're quite amount of "issue" as well i did not encount any bug since i played the updated version but still has something to adjust or add to the game
QoL wise
-the third run i've tried to build army and upgrade every base i got issue where food were run out and i have no way to dispose unused hilichurls or gain more food
-i think you should have combat turn pass hot key like space bar or something since getting control alot of unit can be tried to move mouse up and down repeatly
-also add squad indicator in action. current is arrow on it head it can be confusing when squad stack to other you make it glow and other dim or something you can
-add color to enemy occupying grid for large enemy to see how many grid hit box they have

my suggestion might be
-add dispose option for those unused hilichurls
-or add hunting ground to send my squad to gather resources (can add more cg for girls go for hunting like lewd thing during break from hunt)
