I can't figure out the mechanics of the game.
Why don't I have construction points for spoiling? How to level up a maid? I just checked at different times and it was active, but the trigger itself is not clear. Why do you need a statue?

You can only build colony one territory you conquered at 100%. Before that, the relevant interface will not appear.
Your Mondstadt in currently only at 54% and going down. You need to put more troop in it.
You get the Katherynes by beating the first stage of each major city (it's the name of the character in the 2nd picture, if you never played Genshin Impact).
The statue it cool, and by leveling it you can start you battles with some of your burst charged.

I already have Katherynes of the second level, I understood how I got the first one, but I don't understand how to get the other levels.
Your forces stationed in the city don't have enough power between them all, see that number that says 466/500?
466 indicates the total power of your forces in the city (as calculated by the game) while 500 is the minimum amount of power that you need to conquer the city.

The control value is not same as power. Only hilichurls (and mitachurls, etc.) can take over a city.
how to defeat Peak of Vindagnyr? Do i need Lawas to defeat that girl. She freeze my units every turn

I beat it, but it was a while ago, and I don't have any save before the fight.
Also : should I answer only to the second question, give general advice, or give a direct strategy for your situation specifically?

I can confirm the save files from the older version don't work good: you can see the previous cities, this time, but when you click for see inside them, it appears this:
Also, the points now are... 99/99?
i still have the older version, so i think i'll keep the older version until the release of the 1.3 or 1.4 (hoping they'll allow the older saves work)
