That's what I ended up doing. But, from my perspective - the issue is that you cannot win if she attacks you base. Fullstop, she moves first before your units, and uses an attack that removes all units in a row/column as long as they don't have flying. Plus, her winning by default doesn't count as a game over. Instead, She attacks your base again immediately, because your units still exist. Thus, you get stuck in a loop where she attacks, moves, slashes, wins. While your units take a small amount of damage each time, until she finally kills them. If her attacking your base is meant to be an instant game over, then it should just be that without fighting her. If you are meant to be able to fight back, you should actually be able to do that. None of this - game over after 10+ battles from her before your week starts.

As for using flying to counter her, do any of your units start out with flying? Unless there's a heroine that does, don't all the units with flying need to take an action first to start flying? I.E. you can't do that because she moves first and ejects your non-flyers?
If you left units on the Forgotten Sword Cementery to pull an attack from both sides you can avoid this circle with Ei, at least for some units, from there is just a normal battle against her until you either defeat her or some turns past and she leaves.

hrmm ok yeah sorry I forgot the initiative part.

Theres a unit from the upcoming country Sumeru[their 2 settlements are near the chasm, which allows them to attack you, but you cannot attack their settlements], Clearwater, that drops an item that increases initiative. Attach it to your teams that are fighting Raiden.
The Clearwater unit will advance to attack you if the threat meter is high enough. Plant abt a dozen abyss trees to keep up threat levels. This should keep them coming, and you can collect their dropped item.

The dendro big shaman can use their charge ability to create gusts that can be used by your teams to fly, or hurt enemy that run into them. They themselves fly after using the ability. Build up the statue to increase the charge bar, so that you dont have to rely on attacking and getting hit to build it.

Mizuki when corrupted or masked can use her ability to fly all teams within 3 hexes of her position, including herself.

Always be prepared to take on Raiden before attacking her temple. Always Save before attacking.

Does anyone have a list where all the hidden NPC are. I have found two so far.

1. In the middle of the snow mountain area
2. A bit to the right of the Delusion Factory in Inazuma

Does the commander attack scale with the troop attack or are they separate stats?

3: Is one north east of Wangshu Inn, on the samll islands in the lake. The spawn trigger is something with Liyue City.
4: On the Island in Inazuma with the Thunderbird, you find her just west of Koseki Village.
5: After killing the Thunderbird another one spawns on the island where Golden Wolford is. She is in the middle of the island.
There are also some inside The Chasm and or Hilinomiya Shrine. If you inspect and then enter like with the Musk Reef, doh not sure i can call them "hidden" if you already know about the place.
The Chasm do have a 2nd version doh, not sure what item is the trigger for it besides having to take Liyue City. After having cleared The Chasm once and you have full control or have take most of Liyue. If you Enter The Chasm again, you will find some new/"hidden" npcs and one of the 2 last added heroine.

How does the slime spawning work at the farm?
From my understanding it's based on your overall elemental power and a bonus from the elemental trees?
If you want a particular type of slime does that mean you should balance your elemental power and put a elemental tree?
If the elemental power gets too high in one element would that screw up the spawn rates of the other types?

Total power does not seem to affect it. Seems to be only based on tree types on the farm. I have increased the power of other elements except dark/nytco, but have 12 abyss trees and no other element tree. I only get nytco slimes.

Some colonies have constructions to spawn specific element slime, but require 30 slime of that element.

So, from looking at the code as of 1230, here's how it works. Each slime farm provides 5 slime volume. Slimes and Specters are worth 1 volume, Large Slimes 2. Slimes are produced at random, based on a generated "unit weight" which is essentually the total elemental power of the farm for a given element, minus the units "threshold". For Slimes, the threshold is 0, Large Slimes 40 (Nycto 100), Specters 80 (Nycto 160). The farm has a natural hydro element of 10, each elemental tree present (including 1 nycto) provides +50. And the farms surplus abyss power converts to nycto elemental power at 1:5 ratio (so *0.2). Additionally, each growing Whopperflower seed provides 5 of their elemental power. Finally, all elements are multiplied by the element's inheritance multiplier (1 + resonance/200).

So, elemental resonance does effect slime spawn rates, but only if you have the element required on the farm to begin with. As such, the easiest way to compensate for an unbalanced elemental resonance pool is to just remove sources of that element from your farm.

So if I understand right you build around a elemental tree that gives you 50 and a multiplier based on that elemental power that might reach the threshold of 80 for the Specters.
The other way around is to accumulate some seeds and use them.

Where are the other elemental trees? I only know the Anemo and Geo ones.

Currently only got those and the Electro tree, to my knowledge at least. Electro is hiding behind one of the shrines of Inazuma, specifically the one on the eastern side of the main island. It's easy to spot, but tends to just look like part of the main settlement's sprite.

Not quite sure if this is the right place to ask but does anyone have any strategies for fighting Fischl's 2nd form? Her full map range and constant movement make her almost impossible to pin down. In theory I have enough ATK to kill her in a few hits but I can't get close enough to land any.

Do you have access to Cryo or Geo Samachurls? Those can pillar your archer units, giving you a considerable range and damage increase. Otherwise, you look good. Maybe swap the basic Hilichurls under the Mitachurls for elemental hilichurls? Using Geo/Dendro units should give you more attack and defense. Anemo Hilichurls might be a better option if you are having issues with speed, since they'll improve your units initiative, though at the cost of attack/defense relative to the other elemental options. I might also suggest swapping the Cryo Mitachurls for Geo, if you've got any. Both Dendro and Cryo shields take more damage from Electro attacks, while Geo takes less.

unfortunately I have no Cryo or Geo Samachurles, from your advice it sounds like I wasn't playing very well even leading up to this fight. After reading some of the posts here I think it's probably best to let this run die and start again.

Probably. you should be able to get Cryo Samachurls from Esther's training. Bao'er can give you geo... but that'll need enough treasure hunters to work, and those can be tricky to get early on. I'd probably suggest waiting until you can field 4 Mitachurl+Elemental squads before fighting the 3rd level of mondstadt.
