i love the game but ending two updates in a row on exactly same cliffhanger(talk with charlotte) is just bad writing.

Slow burn lovers are as bad as Gimme porn now lovers. The game had a nude of Emma and the dev removed it because some people said it was too soon.

Well, I enjoyed it a bit at first because it was a nice change of air from most of the games I've played here but it turned out to be a cheap soap opera. I recommend Days of Our Lives for people who enjoyed this game. It has decades of content.

I like the story being set up. I like the characters. but I DESPISE stories that hinge on 2 adults not spitting out what bothers them.
TALK for crying out loud. And the dev stretching THE talk between the MC and Charlotte for another update is just irritating and padding.
I sincerely hope the next update finally has them talk it out so we can move onwards with the story. I like slow burns but not when said slow burn relies on two adults acting like tongue tied teenagers.

The worst part is that the scene wasn't even sexual in nature, just a worried MC trying to help a scared Emma, but oh well.

Wish there was an option to treat Charlotte like a real employer and spend as little time as possible with her while just doing our job. Avoid her man-hating bs all together.

I think you need someone to paint something for you so you can understand what they're saying... because you can't understand the difference between "need and must". Which one is an opinion and which one is a demand! but as someone else said, if I want something from the dev, I must support him, and then I can ask him directly. What I did early was just giving my simple opinion and mine alone(as everyone else is in title to an opinion). You don't need to agree with me but you can respect it if you choose to. I played the game and I don't understand why there's any sexual content with Emma in this game? She's just a kid, and if the main character has any attraction to her, it's obviously not normal.

I partially agree, but I do not quite understand how at this stage it is possible to insert sex scenes without affecting the logic of the narrative

Aunt Lucy was presented as an empowered woman with a high sex drive since the very first update.
There is no good reason to not introduce sex in her route already.
Charlie forbade her but that has never stopped Lucy to do what she wants, plus two consenting adults having an intimate relationship has nothing to do with a third party.

I mean, it's not like that added nude Emma render really satisfied anyone. Way too many games have these early moments which at best add "not much" and at worst feel staged or even creepy or even change the dynamic for no real reason. I think we can agree that for someone as insecure as Emma it would have mattered to be seen nude and that it would have changed their relationship to some degree. It's just fair for DB to make it up to her when she wants to present her goodies to MC and to not force it on her.

Im not opposed to a slow burn. i don't like fuck fests. Lets be honest here even the best sex scenes kind of suck. Worse than those porn clips from the early days of the internet. They are not good in terms of actual sex they are good because of the situation, the story and the characters. If one wants to see sex he's better off just googling for some.
My problem is with the way the story is told and how new things keep getting introduced and nothing is getting resolved.

atm the only one that has any sort of payoff is 6. The main plot also has the problem that it could easily be solved if Suzi, Charlotte and Emma had a little chat. The Mc is also doing a piss poor job of solving this. Why the hell didn't he push Suzi for information once she asks him if he's here because some guy ? why doesn't he talk to Charlotte about this immediately if he can't get information from Suzi ?
I'm mainly interested in Emma. i don't see how that can advance in any meaningful way atm without the MC being a total creep and a shitty bodyguard. The only appropriate way would be after he deals with the stalker and the peeping tom but once those things are resolved the story is done. I feel like it would have been better if this whole stalker thing was used just to bring the characters together it got resolved in a update or two and then have the main story be about something else. I'm afraid that the dev might have wrote himself into a hole and thats why the story is running in place.

8 update, and still zero character progression. Every time it seems there's something, there's a stepback intentionally just to keep the status qou. It's not only getting annoying, it's also killing off otherwise progressible or likeable characters on the long run. I found myself care less and less about their circumstances as we go forward and they still act like they did from day one. That goes for the useless dimwit main character as well, you wonder how someone like him was able to survive actual combat situations.

I liked the update. Ok, it has zilch, zero, nada sexual interaction and another cliffhanger about the same topic dragged through the update which is just really lame, but those few scenes with Suzy in bikini make up for it. (yes, she is my favourite so far, I am a sucker for women with fit bodies) Can't wait for the next update.
