why i have some Missing scene message in this update?? it's normal cuz tghey weren't impelmented (but would be quite weird if this is the Case) or i had some issue with the game? thanks . i.e. one of them is supposed to be MC entering the pool afternoon meeting

And do you realize that "humans" account for 7 billion people with different stories and behavior and more than once do not act neither rationally, nor consistently every single time?
So unless you want to claim that you know exactly how every single person on Earth, your point is moot. You cannot criticize a character for acting in such a way as long as it is consistent with the character.
Charlotte is borderline crazy after the trauma. So her behavior is erratic. It is convenient for the plot? Yes it is. It was also fucking convenient that MC's Emma was called exactly Emma. But that is the point of the plot: if the solution, conflict was obvious there was no story to tell.
Long story short: please criticize the story all you want. But first, get out of your high horse. You cannot claim you know how every single individual in real life behaves.
Second, criticize the story accounting for what it is trying to be. If it was a fuck fest and there was no sex, it would make sense to criticize it for it. If it was a drama with no drama, it would make sense. But to criticize a story in a fictional setting because characters with trauma act in a erratic way is almost stupid.
Fiction means not everything has to be realistic. For example, no surgeon would make her look so good after such a traumatic event in real life. Consistency is there, though: she is a person that has suffered trauma and has not deal with her issues. Never received help, never tried to heal.
And this comes from a person* that, while loving Emma pretty much more than any other player of this novel, still criticize the novel from the point of view that she is borderline a 12 years old child from a maturity point of view. But I would never claim no 18 years old girl with such a beautiful face and awesome body would ever act like a 12 years old.

Part of this is correct. Rebirth gets update every SINGLE month, without S, as you wrote it. Also true that it will take years to be finished, most likely.

The characters are written inconsistently, their inconsistent/weird behaviour does not make narrative sense and isn't relatable or even human-like. Besides there isn't any actual character to speak of. The mom can be summed up as "every man except the PC is constantly trying to violently rape her cos she's hot, which makes her unable to trust or be near any men except for when she does for no reason". The daughter is a literal puppy and so is the other loli model. And there's the bitchy hot blonde.
It's a porn script for the "I am only decent man alive, I rescue, protect and bang damsels in distress" fantasy. If you're not indulging in said fantasy these "characters" are annoying sexy mannequins. I have no problem with people having fantasies/fetishes but I'll criticise porn games that claim they're 'story-driven' to excuse failing at their basic purpose i.e, pron.

Yes. Being hot is what she do, she is a model after all. And after a few couples of bad experiences (father of child did not rape her, simply walk away) and the actual bad attempts, she might have actively avoiding going back to the pool. So the previous experience affect the rest. It is called a survivorship bias.

I have a pet peeve. That is "every storyline in porn must be brainless". Maybe because I am a big man - both by height and width - and have a teeny penis which is not capable of removing blood everywhere else, I do like some "story-driven" stuff, because my brain is still in working condition. So I am indulging in all kinds of fantasy you've never even heard of, but I will refuse that the sole idea of adult games is "fapping off to porn". Nothing against that, if you like it, go ahead and please yourself. But "adult" is way more than that. "Adult" can mean almost no porn at all. Or fucking every second. There is a difference between story driven adult games ( like this one or Rebirth ) and porn driven adult games ( like Luke's Way or Man Of the House ). It's like softcore porn and hardcore porn, both are porn but they're different styles. You can have softcore porn and the woman ( or man) never even show themselves or just talk lewdly( like JOI videos) . Meanwhile, hardcore porn can be everything from orgy's to vanilla intercourse in the missionary position.
Is there overlap? Obviously, most story driven games still have porn. It just takes time to get there, you need buildup and the plot to develop. Most porn games have a story, it's used to advance the sex stuff.
A basic analysis of this game tells you the sex will take a while.
Charlotte is traumatized. It'll take her a while to get there.
Emma is so innocent I doubt she's even seen a penis before. She views him as a dad, not a boyfriend.
The one sister hates MC.
The other is sexual, but has ulterior motives ( aka she doesn't want to bang MC, yet).
Whenever sex or lewd stuff does happen, it'll take time. Like Emma may get very excited over something and kiss MC *on accident*. Then it'll make her curious and it goes from there. She may use that vibrator on herself and pretend it's MC. He hears her, and walks in on her because he thinks she is in pain or something. After the awkwardness wears off the next day she asks him if he likes her etc.
It'll take steps. Point A -> B -> C. This game isn't going to jump into anything sexual too soon, it'll be too jarring and break the characters personalities & backstories.
