Honestly I don't really care about sex scenes in this game
I play it for the great story and characters
Especially my sweetheart Emma

I would play this even without sex scenes tbh
I'm not even talking about sex scenes, I meant more with Zach and the detective or dealing with the fallout from that, some serious stuff gets handwaved pretty hard.

I'm not too sure why DarkBlue didn't use the times after fallout for more bonding moments, Charly made a step (or two), but in her usual (wrong) way, Emma was in pretty bad shape, that was really tough to see, Suzy was, well, Suzy, got pissed and run away really quickly.. I think, there could be more use for this moment.

I know some things might seem a bit rushed or whatever
But Darkblue knows what he is doing
He is one of the best devs around imo

Plus, some things might change when stuff is added to the older chapters
I have full confidence that by the end of the game we will all be saying it's one of the best visual novels of all time
Heck it already is imo

story wise it is for sure when it comes to my top 3 AVN's overall I literally cannot decide which one I like more between this one and 2 others

I just thought of something
What if Emma totally dominates the mc in bed

All this time she had us believe she was innocent
But she is actually a crazy sex fiend
You saw how she bossed the mc around in that couch moving scene lol
:::::shaking Joshy::::: Wake up Joshy!!! Wake up!!!!! You were saying something weird about Emma with whips and cat-o-nine tails.

I stopped playing this a while back because I'll play a game for a bit, go to another game, and so on. I haven't played in so long, I forgot the premise of this, so I restarted. I'm now back where I was and, gotta say, this is one of my new favorites.
I love the fact the Dev has kept Emma as a naive, innocent girl who hasn't gone "I want the MC to pop my charry" 5 minutes into the game.
Now, I don't know if this is a spoiler or not, so I'll put it in a spoiler line. But, I think, Nate is the stalker. It is just a feeling I have. I could be way off base. But just my opinion.

Ok, so I've only just started playing this but I can see I'm going to get annoyed by dumb characters from the get go. The police tell the mum that they suspect it's a stalker, over the phone? No personal visit and advice on how to protect themselves? Don't tell the person who's being stalked that she's being stalked? Aunt doesn't tell anyone that the daughter is being cyber bullied when she knows she has a stalker? The MC is a security specialist but agrees to not let on to the protectee why she's being protected? And he just rocks up to the house and doesn't do a security assessment or bring any cameras he could hook up? No walk around the exterior of the property to check if there is any evidence of tampering or visitation? It just screams 'dumb' to me.

if you just dont think about stuff that should be happening if it was real / get past nick picks or how childish Emma can come off as despite being 18 it's honestly a good story / game. I personally able to disconnect myself easily and just play / watch whatever type of entertainment it is and enjoy it.

So, if you ignore everything wrong with it, it's pretty good.

It's a common theme. You're drawn to the game specifically because of the premise, but then you realize the author has pretty good writing and is able to get you to care for the characters, but has no idea how the premise works and how it should play out, so you get annoyed with the very thing that drew you to the game in the first place.
Glaring plot holes ruin your enjoyment and you realize it's not possible to get past them.

(I had similar reality checks in the thread about "Home Prisoner", post 80 and 110, people pretty much ignored them, I couldn't get past them.)

that's up to a matter of personal opinion realism issues aside. As when I first played i never once thought of any of the stuff wrong with it so i didnt really ignore it just never occurred to me in the first play since i just played it and enjoyed it for what it is.

I don't personally see anything wrong. Emma is the way she is because she is coddled. Even though she's not a spoiled brat, she's too innocent because her mom has hidden so much from her. And Lucy promised her not to mention the texts, and she keeps her promises. And the MC would lose his job if he went behind the back of his boss and told Emma why he was there. So there's that.

Agreed I was just lazy to point that out to the guy having an issue cause of "realism" seemed like to me he was looking to much into things with a realism pov and didnt think about the story reasons for not doing some of those things like you just pointed out. Yeah Emma is great while I wont peruse her as a LI only reason I can see someone having an issue with how she acts is if they want to go after her as a LI as it make it feel weird for them.
