Did you play 2.2? If not, that is your problem. The dev removed sandbox and changed some things, the OP should have needed new save if you have a save previous to 2.2, but it doesn't

It looks like you missed a variable, are you able to roll back your save to a previous point?

Yeah, refusing to worship her feet ended her route for me, but that's regardless of if you tell her or not IIRC.

In the short term telling her pisses her off, in the slightly longer term it may be helpful in making her jealous. Too early to tell.

the thing is - you have to do it
the quest/story demands to speak with her , and for that you have to kiss her feet
