I completely agree all of that felt like a complete 180 from the tone of previous updates, like I skipped 10 versions. RIP to the best milf in this game.

People are pissed 2 li were ruined nothing to do with being a cuck. If Alex killed the queen for stupid selfish reasons she shouldn't get off so easy. We can't trust a Li who goes off killing the queen and then give her a scolding and go on like nothing happened.

There has been several rewrites and tonal shifts. Maybe the dev is stuck in a hard place between telling his own story and keeping patrons happy.
Well I am only here for the feet renders. But I'd rather see dev's vision than a mishmash of patreon voted plot points.
The only thing that bothered me with this update was losing the hand. A mechanical contraption will look weird in future sex scenes. Hopefully we get a magical solution.

If I may give some unsolicited advice, though I genuinely appreciate you considering on changing on what happened to the queen, having observed a lot of people complaining or criticizing (regardless if correct or wrong), if the change you will introduce (assuming) is better at the long run for the story, by all means go ahead with the change, but if said change will be worse for the story at the long run then the complaints/criticisms will get worse in the future.
That was.. something I guess. Some thoughts on the game so far.
I like the art style. It's what made me try the game so kudos to that. The story was decent and works perfectly for an AVN. It's not great but not terrible. I do appreciate that the MC is somewhat grounded for now, with hints of big potential. The scenes are very good too. Overall I was enjoying it. But luckily I haven't played it until now so I didn't have expectations cause boy is the latest chapter something.
Let me start my critique (complain), how can you have a milf tag when you don't have a milf LI? Perhaps I am forgetting someone but the Queen and Avery were the only milfs here. I initially thought Avery would be the MILF LI cause the Queen was a one time thing. Honestly, I probably would be less disappointed with the update if there is another MILF LI but there isn't so bummer.
Now to the death. In normal medieval story, the ruler/Queen's death is normal, cliche even. But in the lens of a porn game with a plot, especially the theme of the game so far, it's nothing but a cheap shock value to progress the plot especially when the killing is done by a LI themself. It was used to up the stakes, and attempt to signal that things are getting serious.
I think the biggest issue here is that some thought the Queen was a potential LI. I certainly did cause she has a special render and a scene. So the death caused quite a stir. So despite it making sense story wise, this is a porn game with a plot, with huge emphasis on the porn aspect, killing a LI (perceived) is dumb. It may sound harsh and kinda stupid but it is what it is.
Going forward, I can think of a few things. You can ignore all these noise and carry on with your vision, which I can respect. Or you go forward with plan to add another branch with Alex and Queen which I favor. However, I genuinely hope your doing this cause it made sense to you and you want to do it and not just because of the backlash cause I fear "caving in" to these may cause you to burnout. So do what you want to do.
