OK, downloaded to give it a try. I like the fact that it takes place after the books/movies, where Hermione stays to finish her studies. Makes her old enough, too. 
I don't like just wandering around and getting lost, and not finding anything useful. Never liked those kinds of games. If there was a map, that would help, but trying to find my way back to my room is a pain. Maybe an option to "return to room" would help.
Is there a walkthrough? On one hand, I generally don't like them but on the other hand I don't want to spend hours wandering around a maze-like map looking for something that isn't there.

Version 0.4 News - Quidditch Finale Finally
Now that Patreon is back online and I am no longer getting a server error, I can finally let you all know that the full version 0.4 build of Hogwarts Restored is available at the usual location:

It has all the same stuff that the previous 0.4 Alpha build did, but this time the promised Quidditch World Cup finale event is also included. It should trigger automatically when you have read enough Sunday Prophets (once all of the World Cup matches have been described and only the finale is left, the moment that starts that event occurs that Sunday). It's quite a long event, so be ready.
Now perhaps I should tell you all a little something about what the future of Hogwarts Restored holds. I plan to add 2 main things in version 0.5: It's time for the N.E.W.T. exams, everyone (these will serve as a sort of 'end' to the game when you want to finish up) and I also think that it's high time that a certain Miss Lovegood makes her full appearance. After it had been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that at least one (now destroyed) artifact of her House's founder was hidden away in Hogwarts all this time, Luna and her father have become convinced that another rumoured artifact of Rowena Ravenclaw, one with strangely seductive and alluring powers, must also be at the school. Will you help her in her search or will you declare this hunt hogwash and throw her out of your office?
I will also try to add a few cool new side activities for you to do around Hogwarts (see the poll I posted earlier). If the other content takes up too much of the little development time I have available at the moment, these activities might have to be pushed back until version 0.6 if I can't finish them up in time. But I promise I'll do my best to include at least some of them in version 0.5.
Hopefully this short update has made you all excited for the next update.

Hey, just wondering how far along this game is. Can anyone tell me approximately how many hours game play there is and if it's worth giving it a shot yet? Or would it be better to wait for a few more updates?

I'm still having the same problem as others had earlier with Hermione not re-entering when summoned after she kisses a girl. I've tried it with both versions 4 and 4 alpha.
Anyone come up with a work around to this problem?

Just tried it for the first time. I like the immersive feel you've gone for with the castle but, as someone who would struggle to find their way out of a paper bag... the immense and confusing map is my biggest obstacle. I haven't the faintest how to get anywhere much less find my way back to places, it's unreal. T^T
Kind of stupid Q but is there a way to track stats? about 40 mins into the game and i cant tell what the corruption/lust stats of the girls is at?
EDIT: fouind a way, juist use the Cheat options without changing anything. unlike adding money if you just leave the value unchanged and accept/submit it theres no change. easier ways exist but it will do for now.

That's not what he asked tho.
I have the same question, op states this vastly goes beyond favors and scenes from Witch Trainer, so the question is, is this just Akubar assets or did they expand on them with art in the same style showing these new favors and scenes or is it just a text story.
