"One of the tasks will be to visit the Doctor. Remember the lovely receptionist told you to visit the doctor? Let’s visit her now, just click on the nurse icon. Check the upper right of your screen and you should see something like this. Don’t worry about the Actions now. The Locations without a red X’s you can go to and the ones with red X’s you can’t. You are now in the medical center/lab and look a sexy doctor! Don’t be shy, talk with her. She’ll explain all about the subdermal electronic implant that everyone on the island has. Continue to talk with her to build her trust and gain her friendship. Once you have accomplished that, she will explain how you can get a watch and access to the implants of the girls on the island."

Hi guys and gals, this post offers you a collection of news about the next full version of Holiday Island (0.3.0 beta).
The change log below is based on the beta 0.2.3.0 release.

The next main release is 0.3.0 beta which will be a new full update for Windows, Linux and Mac. It will include a lot of new features and some bug fixes as well.
As of right now, the update from 0.2.3.0 to 0.3.0 has:

- Yvette gets another appointment at the beach during sunset --> still working on it
- Yvette gets an event where she visits the MC in the underground lab --> still working on it
- Miriam gets a scene in the MC's room inside the underground lab --> still working on it
- Sara, the second new characters, gets a scene where she shows the MC to his room in the lab facility and you learn some more about her background --> still working on it
- Renée gets web search pictures themed "busty escorts" --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Amy gets web search pictures themed "car calendar" --> will be part of 0.3.0.0

- Aly gets a random event in her room with three achievements, that involves different cosplays and some intimate actions --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- A new special action (pose butt) has been added for Amy, Alice and Jessica. More character will follow later --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Natasha gets a second arrival scene with a new "on the plane" story and some additional renders --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Natasha's arrival scene has been re-rendered in 2560x1440 and some new images have been added. The dialogue is now also completely different between the first and later arrival scenes --> will be part of 0.3.0.0

Bantry is not the developer, so asking him the question has no effect.
That aside, I know the answer,
It has never been scheduled for any release and remains a possible todo concept with a known set of candidates (Joy, Jennifer, Jessica, Desire).
So it is neither worked on nor cancelled.
(Nor is it planned for any known release)

Top tier game, played 5 hours already and still seems like a whole load of achievements and content to see. Companion guide is a god send: used it at first to see some intro bits, then I played for a while without it and now I'm back to using it every so often for achievements, missing scenes, etc. Poker and hotshots is a little frustrating... but I quickly started using console codes tbh for that.
Questions: does anger not diminish with time or do you need to keep giving girls gifts to reduce it?
I save regularly-ish but any tips on where good restore points are to find all achievements etc? I see it all the time in the guide about save, save, save.
Will probably have more questions as time goes on, until I learn to read properly and not miss things in the guide which I sure I am...

The Guide gives you tips on where the best save points are. Typically you can save anywhere and should, for example when trying to trigger a scene or complete achievement. However, if you plan to step away for a bit, always try and have a 'save' point at the beach or restaurant, some place where it won't matter what girls/pics are displayed. There was a problem a while back that many ran into by trying to have a save point in the MC's room as sometimes the pictures on the wall in the frames were updated to the webp format causing the game to crash when it couldn't find a particular pic.
As for achievements, some are as you have discovered, more involved. You may concentrate on those girls or start with the Tier 3 girls who have fewer achievements and knock them out and then concentrate on the Tier 2 and then Tier 1 girls. Really there is no right or wrong way to play the game. It is all up to you.
As for Anger, hug and give gifts are your best course of action, unless you use the Companion Mod to manually adjust the levels. If you do use the Mod, remember to follow the advice and tips in the Guide to avoid any problems.

I'm not going to post yet another "Are we there yet?? Are we there yet??!" post, because I know that you don't rush a masterpiece; when it comes, it comes. My mouth is watering for all of the exciting new content that's coming. In fact, there is so much new content coming our way that maybe Darkhound ought to leapfrog 0.3.0.0 and just call it 0.4.0.0...
