First one is correct. Merged, Additive for breasts, Mix for face. Delizia for hair.

Page 12 of the Companion Guide has all the info you need about extracting the RPA packages. That will provide you with all the pictures and animations from the game. Then just choose whichever pic you want for a desktop or create you own theme with the picture changing every so often.
