I've searched and searched, how the hell do i unlock the sauna? Doesn't show up in the spa on Tuesdays or Fridays as mentioned on here years ago. causing me big time grief

If you haven't done so already, download the Companion Guide linked on the first page of the thread. It explains that Faye, is the one to unlock the sauna. It also explains how to get all the achievements with Yvette.

Only darkhound1 knows for sure, but as soon as info is available via Development News it will be posted on his Patreon page and here.

You can't do that yet. The quest is work in progress.

No it's not the same.
Do you have all of Mercedes achievements unlocked on the phone or do you miss Mercedes gym scene like the guy you quoted ?

Possibly, but without knowing what you tried to do with the console codes it is hard to say. If you have completed ALL of the elements necessary, when you visit gym at 02:30hrs, Mercedes will be there. You go to the gym and she is there, not you go to the gym and she shows up later. So if she isn't there, you have missed one of the necessary things that has to happen prior.
