K I've tried all possible combinations with maxed out stats and still no cigar. Starting to think my save might be bugged and I can't trigger the actual quest

Do you have ALL her sexts?
For me the last one triggered it.

Reinstall everything and use the game patreon sources.

If it's still giving the Mod error, the Companion Mod is installed wrong.

Would that be four scenes? Are we supposed to guess scenes at random and hope we hit on the ones you need? Of course you could just download the Companion Guide and find your answers within.

No to swapping out the binoculars and as for scenes from the balcony, you are aware that there are only two days at specific times when you can see anything from your balcony, right? Didn't know that? Try talking with the receptionist or better yet, download and READ the Companion Guide!

I don't know what to do
