‘NO IDEA’ is the default work in progress status. It does not change until shortly right before a release, usually 2-4 days before. Tracking of actual progress is therefore done watching the ‘Development News’. When 'No Idea’ changes, the game is ready and enters beta testing. After beta testing is complete an actual release date will be provided.
I don't have that option on the companion mod. Have tried to see if I get the option when she's in the bar and at the kiosk thing but so far no joy even changing her stats.
I managed to get Mercedes flex for me by the pool finally (!) and she mentioned the gym but every time I go there at 2am she's never there.
Also I have tried running on the beach at different times but I've yet to hurt my ankle

To increase your prediction accuracy instance to 100% in this particular, just add: "±90 days".

Managed to see her in the gym, I can never move the dumbells so she won't train topless
Also tried running at different times on the beach but I've never tripped over like a sped as yet. Does it matter if there are girls on the beach at the same time?

MC is not able to move the dumbells but it doesn't prevent her to train topless.
Anyway, are you certain that all requirements are met ?
Check the quests journal. I would bet that your did not advance M&M quest far enough.

Just for kicks, I've even tried "hacking" the scene with the Companion Mod, with "Strength +8, Quadruple Effect from Yellow Tablet" plus "Endurance +50, Double Effect from Red Tablet", and still can't lift the MegaDumbell (not surprising, I'm sure that's by design), though logically I would think it should be possible with said strength and endurance tweaks.

Actually, I think it would be pretty cool if doing that would make it possible to pick it up, but that the consequence would be a back injury that would result in another stay in the underground lab (complete with some new sexy content)... I know, wishful thinking on my part. As it is right now, it seems the only way the MC would be able to pick it up would be after receiving a gentech strength "enhancement" (like Mercedes and Miriam) from Joy... though it would be karmic irony if an unintended consequence of that was that the MC woke up the next morning with ginormous gentech man-boobs...

Have you considered using the 'Search' function for this thread? It's in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Not trying to be snarky, but your question has been answered eleventy-bajillion times already. The Companion Guide has instructions on how to use the 'search' function in F95Zone if you're unsure. Lastly, you might also try buying Eva a Diet Coke.
