Yeah, but you almost never get to use it. All the girls should have at least 1 blue pill scene. Ideally there should be a way to make it permanent since sexual enhancement testing is the whole reason for the story setup in the first place.

I'd like to see more female muscle growth, but generally the only thing I see growing are the biceps and not the rest of the body's muscles, which sometimes looks anatomically incorrect.
Be careful, these are just suggestions to make the game sexier. If there's a muscle fetish in it, it's because there's an audience we like. I'd also like to see vascularity in those scenes, so the veins are visible.
