Serious question here, how the hell do you get ANY of your stats to go up ? I'm just 2 weeks in since the start of the game, and even tho every single day I've been training STR with Jennifer, and reading the general charm thingy on the phone like at least twice a day, there hasn't been a single change so far ... Do I need like 4 years of ingame time before there is progress in anything ? I like maxed out Affection, Love & Lust foor 4 characters, but can't do anything because CHARM fails every single time, STR checks fail every single time, like am I doing everything incorrectly or what ? So confusing ...

darkhound1 why the fkin facepalm my dude instead of simply explaining it somewhere, if after two weeks of ingame time I still haven't managed to upgrade a single stat, then maybe there is a problem somewhere but I can't quite put my pinger as to where it may be ... Or am I just supposed to be using the cheat mod ? Am I at fault for trying to progress without resorting to cheats and mods ? Because the only thing the walkthough says is to use the freakin mod if you don't like to grind. I don't mind grinding, but I would love to at least know that I'm not spending decades of my life for absolutely nothing ...

15) How can I increase my stats without cheating?
At the start of the game, you are asked which stat is your best: looks, charm, hacking, strength or endurance. This will give you a head start on the stat you choose. From then on, you must work on gaining points toward building up each stat. Your phone can tell you how much you have done toward getting an increase in each stat. By using the stat, you may get points toward increasing the stat. When figuring out how many points are needed, remember that for all stats there are diminishing returns, so that it takes more effort to increase a stat at each level. Don't slack off until a stat is maxed out. Unfortunately, your phone doesn't record how many training points you have for strength and endurance, just the number of times you have worked out.
Charm is used to stop girls from getting angry or to get girls to do what you want, like flashing her breasts while other girls are watching. Charm can be temporarily increased with a drink but will go down if you have more than one. Not showering can also hurt your charm until you shower again.
Hack/Sneak is used to spy on the girls. You can hack their subdermal implants to keep tabs on their stats. You can sneak into their rooms while they are showering. You cannot temporarily increase your hacking or sneaking skills.
To increase your charm and hacking skills, choose the reading option while in your room. Also, being charming with the girls will show up on your phone as training points. These will go toward increasing your charm. Sneaking into a girl's room to peep on her in the shower will also show up on your phone as training points under hacking.
To increase your looks, you must apply beauty cream. Using the hair style gel, will get you a temporary increase. If you don't shower, your looks can go down. Looks is used to impress Jennifer and Yumiko at last call at the nightbar. Jennifer will take off her top to tell you a sexy story, and Yumiko will take off her top to have a drink with you.
Endurance is important to avoid cumming in your pants when you are intimate with all of these hot girls. Endurance will go down after you have sex or masturbate or work out. It will go back up over time, but if you are tired there will be a cap to much you can get back until you take a nap to get rid of that tiredness. This can also happen if you haven't eaten enough the day before. Eating will get you back to normal. Drinking one time can actually increase your endurance, but more than one drink will bring it down. You can also temporarily increase your endurance with a red pill.
To increase your endurance, you must swim in the pool or run on the beach or on the treadmill at the gym. Remember, doing more than four or less than three endurance training sessions per week will slow down your progress. Check your phone to see how many sessions you've done for the week to make sure you train between three and four sessions each week.
Strength is used when you need to see if you are strong enough to spot for a girl while she lifts weights. You may get distracted by her assets and endanger her, but she won't even let you try holding the weights for her if you aren't strong enough and will lose some affection and love for you. You can temporarily increase your strength with a yellow pill.
To increase your strength, you can help the girls with their weightlifting or train in the gym by yourself or with Jennifer. Jennifer explains that it is better to workout with her to get faster gains, but you must also concentrate on your training with her. Between 6 and 8, you'll need 9 training points, and for 9 and above, you'll need 12 training points. If you train 5 or more times or 2 or less times, you'll only gain 1 strength training point for the week. If you don't train at all, you lose 1 strength train point. Which could eventually lose you 1 level of strength. Thus, it is easy to gain levels up until you hit a 6 strength, whereupon it becomes harder after that.
Usually you can only workout once per day, but if you get a massage, it will relax your muscles so that you can get in another training session. Also, if you kiss Alice at the pool, you can get in a swimming workout.

It is clear and i have read it many times. But I am still not getting that scene. I have done the pool achievement, and gone to her room between midnight and 2am. She only shows a pink and a to to sort of one. Her states are High so i am only stuck now cos i have searched and could not see anything to point me in the right direction

Looks like you did what needed to be done but try that : during the day, do her pussy fingering pool scene and the same day, visit her at night. Repeat as needed until you get her in the blue nightgown.
I know it took me some times to get the blue dress wanking scene because she has 3 different nightgowns.

Not to rain on your parade, but your question has been asked many, many times before. As MonsieurX pointed out, it was answered in complete detail in Puppet Master's FAQ. You're correct the Guide didn't have the detail answered, but it has not been updated since 0.1.6.0. I honestly can't remember if Jennifer's explanation about training was added to the game after that, but regardless using the 'Search' function for this thread will answer your question(s) or direct you to the FAQ.
Then maybe the freakin FAQ should be posted on the main post along with the updates instead of the useless shitty guide that doesn't explain shit aside from "lololol use cheats duhh". What tf am I supposed to type exactly to the search bar, whole sentences to get an answer ? I type stats, I typed charm, I typed training, I type whole kinds of keywords and you get fuck all, instead you get pages and pages of gibberish, most dating back to one year ago or more, 5 versions ago at least. I scrolled the 25 last pages of comment and there still wasnt anything remotely useful. Everyone says use the FAQ use the FAQ, well at long last I typed FAQ and lo & behold it's also a mess, there are 5 billion versions of it and you have to find the correct one hoping your question has an answer in it, hint : I found two previous versions of it and my question wasn't in it, so here we are.
I come in here hoping for some clarifications, because I clearly enjoy the game a great deal, I wouldn't bother coming in here if I didnt, yet after asking some genuine questions that the vast majority of people would find it hard to find the answers to, all I get is the dev shitting on my face and random people yelling "use the search bar! use the search bar!"... Very helpful community indeed the people in this thread. At least somebody took the time to bother giving an answer, and I greatly respect that, the rest ....

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't get your panties in a bunch because you do not know how to use the search function. A simple search of 'Increase Strength" returned numerous answers, the first three providing your answer and referencing Puppet Master's FAQ. By setting a date range of 'Newer than 1/1/20, it was even more exact. Same with the FAQ. Searched a version from October 2019 for 'Strength Training' and the same answer that MonsieurX gave was posted within. As for finding the latest version of the FAQ, Puppet Master had the post right above your initial post.
Not our fault you didn't notice it. You want the FAQ listed on the OP? Take it up with Pepe Le Pew. You want an updated Guide? I'll be happy to send you the posted version from the OP in either a PDF or MS Word format. When you update it you will be doing everyone a favor. I think it is great and commendable that you do not want to use a mod or 'cheats' while playing. However, you have to accept, that myself, Puppet Master, MonsieurX, Darkhound1, and others have been answering the same questions over and over again for almost two (2) years. If you cannot understand how we find that tiresome, then ....
