hello, i've encountered a problem with Eva, everytime i try to go to the Reception or my Room, her arrival scene starts but she doesnt "appear" on the island, and again, when i try going to Reception or my Room again, the arrival scene triggers again but the girl still wont actually "arrive" on the island... Anyone know a fix or perhaps a console command to solve this problem ??

Yes, it is called 'Search' either this thread with the little box in the upper right of the screen or the developer's Patreon page.

Or is it that you cannot be bothered to read the results? I would also suggest that you download the Guide and read it. Within you will find information about errors and BugFixes as well as how to do a 'Search'. Maybe you're 'searching' incorrectly. Hi guys and gals, this post offers you a collection of news about the next full version of Holiday Island (0.2.2 beta) and the smaller updates towards it.
There will be smaller, more frequent content updates, called content addons. They will include bug fixes and new content as well.

- A new location, the underground lab and infirmary will be introduced with two new special characters --> will be postponed to 0.2.3
- A new scene when the MC jogs at the beach and hurts himself will be added. It's a scene with Miriam that leads to the discovery of the underground lab --> will be postponed to 0.2.3
- Faye gets an appointment in the new player room, which you'll be able to get when she wins the redesigned butt contest --> still working on it
- Jennifer gets a reward appointment in the night bar after opening hours --> still working on it
- Jennifer gets a new quest for Alice's photo shooting scene --> still working on it
- Alice gets a photo shooting / posing scene in denims at the photo studio --> still working on it
- Jessica gets a photo shooting / posing scene in denims at the photo studio --> still working on it
- The doctor's office will get new renders, starting with the main location and simple sperm congestion image and Faye's scene --> will be part of 0.2.2.0

Quick question, beauty cream, do I only need to use once per day or can I go crazy and pop 50 in a single day and I'll level up at the end of the week ? I'm wondering how many you need per look level, if anybody who knows this info could help. Thanks.

Can't say for sure, but typically once per day is the best way to go. Much like strength training, as Jennifer explains, you won't get results overnight.

A little weekend boat trip around the Island .
I encountered an crash shortly after startup.
I tried to reinstall completely, but same error keeps occuring. I can't seem to reach the savegames or the preference page from startpage, the window get enlarged a bit, but nothing loads.
Any help how to fix this?

Heavy Sigh.
Download the Guide and read page 8. It will tell you all about the resolution fix and direct you to apply the already posted fix.

Fill in the search box with some keywords (or a phrase) and click the search button (DON'T hit enter!). Try to look past the "we already answered this" posts (Bantry et al can't help themselves sometimes), and usually the answer will be there in the results.
EDIT: Also, check the Opening Post (OP). Usually big things like the resolution bug will be addressed there as well.

That's a valid point. On the other hand, if one downloads the Guide and reads page(s) 27 and 28, the F95Zone Forum is discussed as well as directions on how to conduct a search, what to do if an error is encountered and more.
So my question is, 'Which seems easier?' Post a question and hope someone is online that can answer it correctly and gives a polite, patient answer as opposed to snarky as you suggested happens often, or read a few pages that have everything from downloading, installing the game, upgrades, bugfixes, mods, How to play, what the controls are, how to use this forum, error reporting, how to use the phone to aid the player in completing all achievements and so on.
If they are really desperate/lazy or whatever is the proper term, there is even a section called 'Spoilerland' that provides step by step instructions for completing the majority of achievements.
So yes, I will continue to express 'Heavy Sighs' and try and 'cut some slack' as you suggest, while I provide answers to questions that have been asked and answered eleventy-billion times already and the answers are readily available in one location. Myself, MonseurX, Puppet Master, Yankeeinky, just to name a few, will be happy to accept you into the ranks of 'Go To Members For Answers'. Just let us know which shift(s) you will be available.
