Find Alice at 07:00 in the gym. Start watching her doing all kind of activities (weight lifting, aerobics,...) but nothing happend. Tried to talk to her and asked if everything is fine... Nothing... Don't know what to do!

Try different times, like 7:30, 8:00, etc. You'll know you have the right one when you walk into the gym and find her pinned under the weights. Mine occurred in the morning, but don't know if it will occur in the late afternoon or early evening. I can't recall if it happens early or later in the week so you'll just have to keep trying.
So, I reprise this game a lot of time later.

'cause renpy stores saves in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Island-1499865023. You can delete from that.
It's weird, sometimes I have girls as doctors whom I have already sent away and who aren't on the island.
