There are a few places where this game is guilty of "that's not how women/boobs work" but I think the titfight sequence probably takes the cake (also I think it just goes on too long)
Side note: I think this event triggered for me when it wasn't supposed to. There were a lot of girls there I'd never met and they referenced stuff that never happened.

Did you apply the update to v0.5.0.1 (see page one for it)? I think this is in the known error list fixed by that update.
- The tifight even can trigger far too soon. A check is missing -> has been fixed with 0.5.0.1

To be fair, "That's not how ____ works" also applies to LISA, the magic gene-therapy pills, literally every single girls' figure, and the fact that the MC inexplicably doesn't have a real time limit to his vacation, but that's why it's fiction, not a documentary (I don't know why my brain tried to type "ducumentary" there, I blame C'thulu).

Spot on. Simply put, "suspension of disbelief" for entertainment purposes.
I've come across a little "issue", I have already finished the whole underground lab story part, with all the follow up ankle checkups, and while randomly clicking on the "eavesdrop" action at the night bar added the quest 'Discover the hidden laboratory'. Is it possible to trigger the ankle injury event once more? I've been trying with going for a jog at the beach at different times around noon but to no success so far.

It's a bug as Bantry said. The wrong character was used for a check. Jennifer was used instead of Miriam.
I have fixed it. The fix will be part of the next version.

Were you guys able to give Miriam her second bottle of tanning lotion? I got it from Sara and now nothing triggers giving it to her again. I have all the achievements and this bottle in inventory.

Not sure giving Miriam the tanline remover scene is repeatable. If you have all the achievements completed already, an extra bottle in your inventory shouldn't affect anything.

At one point I walked in on one of the girls masturbating, which started playing an audio loop of her moaning. The problem is that now I can't get that audio loop to stop playing. I thought it would stop once I closed and reopened the game but no. I'd really like to not have to go all the way back to a save before that encounter.
