What is Amy's anger level in her stats? Try first reducing her Anger by giving her gifts. Another option is putting sunscreen on her at the pool, but using straightforward (non-sexual) options. Once her anger level is low enough, then try the Amy bar scenes.

You need to do Amy quest to increase her max Love and Affection stats to 100.
A simple lookup in the companion guide (get it on the first post in this thread) will answer this. Look for the heading ' HOW DO I GET MIRIAM’S BEACH WALK SCENES AND POSE?'

this post offers you a collection of news about the next version of Holiday Island (0.4.0.0).

The change log below is based on the release 0.3.8.0.
As of right now, the update from 0.3.8.0 to 0.4.0.0 has:

Boat trip scenes
- Jennifer gets a sex scene in the cabin during the sail boat trip --> still working on it (renders are done)
