Talking with the nurse about the subdermals will get her to give you mini quests for each girl. Could be get her measurements, etc. Once you complete them, you can then hack the girl's subdermal and gain more information about her.
No, you should get the training metrics in the player stats without doing the girls subdermal implant quest.
