It's a longshot, but if you 'right click' one the EXE file (Yvette's smiling face) this box of options will open. Might try some adjustments and see if you can successfully play the game.

luoposoltitario , I don't think there's an issue running from an external drive regardless of size. I used to run from an external drive on an old system, and just tested without seeing an issue.
That it crashes on opening the load save screen is interesting (assuming google translated correctly). I'm curious if you've tried the fix for game not starting mentioned, though I'm not sure this is the same behavior.
It may also be useful to try some of the Ren'py graphics setting first. Before clicking anything in the menu after launching the game, press SHIFT+G.

There is not many BE.
Girls with BE are Natasha (main BE girl), Brenda (one event), Joy and Sara.
No perma BE

I came to complain about it, but yeah, I've noticed that no matter how many times you do the sunscreen event with Yvette, it doesn't complete. Jessica won't even trigger the event, no matter if she makes an appointment, or if you talk with her at the pool

Jennifer also has a whole backstory event on how she was feeble and small and became a busty goddess. In her case it's permanent, don't know if it counts

That one does work, remember that both girls need to have high lust for it to trigger, and after you've popped it once (you need to do it three times total for the full achievement), it takes a while for it to appear again (maybe a week or so).
As for the sunscreen situation: yeah we were discussing a little above your comment how Yvette's does trigger but does not register in the phone, while Jessica's doesn't appear to be in the game at all at the moment.
Here's a list of things that do not work in 5.0 for the people who want to 100% the game:
1. Yvette sunscreen - 1 scene
2. Jessica sunscreen - 3 scenes
3. Alice - 2 missing sexting. This one is there for a loooong time, kinda frustrating to see 6/8 there. I'm not asking the dev to waste time and make 2 Alice images, but simply change that 8 to a 6 and that's that. Even the Companion acknowledges this.
Others: (help here if you know a solution)
Jennifer: 9/10 special actions. Considering there are only 3 places where she is * 3 positions -> 9 actions. Where could the 10th be ?!
Sara: 12/13 special actions. Same as above, 3 actions per scene. Where's the 13th ?!
Yumiko easter egg: Never in my years of playing this gave have I ever been successful at this. I know the companion by heart, I use the mod extensively, so please don't tell me to do exactly what it says there, it just doesn't work. I think I tried hundreds of times over time, all possible combinations. And to add insult to injury, for this Easter Egg, there isn't even a dedicated entry in the Phone's Easter Egg app.

For Yvette in the sauna: it's Tuesdays/Fridays only that you can access it, if you have her profile fully unlocked you can check more easily her location (especially if you lock it on your watch in the top left corner). Just save the game before you got to bed on a Monday/Thursday and again in the morning, then skip time to see if she was randomly assigned there at any point. If she wasn't, back to the before-bed save, rince and repeat until you get lucky.
Yumiko easter egg: yes, very frustrating... I usually have to spend many tedious minutes to unlock it. While there is no "perfect shot" to get it 'cause RNGs are always involved in it, what seems to work is:
1) a perfectly centered shot (this is mandatory for the alignment, you will get a message prompt to know you got it right)
2) a combination of force and depth that is NOT all the way to the bottom for both: you want one of the two in the late green position, and the other all the way down, not sure if the order of which is which matters though.

i like the game, but during the time there are some weak spots if they are done, the game could be a little bit spiced up.
for example: if renee or amy are so proud of their butts, it should be possible to have analsex.
if you have cracked this subdermal implants of the girl, you know when they are horny. maybe it should be possible to visit them and fuck them in their rooms. otherwise cracking these implants makes no sense.
whats with family-3somes? Amy and Alice or Joy and Jennifer?
maybe a new room like a dungeon could lead into some bdsm-play. Aly or Lacey as slaves or Ivy and Joy as Dominas..........
and a new thing while rainy wheather could be a billiard table or a dartboard in the bar. fucking the girls on the billiardtable after a won match would be fun.
