Small question. While using companion mod is there possibility to "lock" girls affection/love/lust so those stats don't degrade with time?

No, just like real life, if you do not pay attention to a girl and interact with her, her affection/love/lust will decrease.
The issue with this system is when you have sex with one of the girls, their lust drops to the point where you have to spend a week building it back up. Like you have sex with Yvette, then see her an hour later and kiss her, she gets angry because her lust is down to 10.

I kinda agree, affection and love should decrease, but lust should increase

Have you updated to the latest version 0.5.0.1? If so and you are experiencing the error, then you'll have to wait for it to be addressed in the next release, 0.5.1.0.
Can somebody help me? What is that "Birdwatch" thing for? I use it every day at different times, but nothing ever happens. ???

I recommend some reading in this thread. Then you will get an explanation why you are the funny one here. For this game other people's saves are almost worthless. There is no way to replay what has already gone by in those saves.

Curious as to why you think that is nonsense/useless? Someone else's save file will not allow you to re-play the majority of the appointments, events, scenes. There are too many variables required to trigger them. Nor is there a gallery that you can access to see all the pictures/artwork.
But don't take our word for it. Download and READ the Companion Guide (linked on the first page of this thread) and read what it says about 'Saves'. Still not a believer? There is a search function at the upper right of this page; search saves and you'll find pages of and pages of save requests and the same answer each time. You might also find a posted save file or two and you can download them yourself and discover that the replies you have received are accurate.

Triggers
- Day 45 or greater
- Go for a run on the beach in the morning
- Finish Mercedes strength quest
- Advanced Miriam and Mercedes relationship to a high level of affection
The entry you look for is "How do I get Miriam to take me to the secret lab", then take it form there
Would probably be okay if the lab (and other key events) triggered a bit more automatically or had more explicit breadcrumbs (say by having a quest spawn from day 45 onward) seeing as the game more or less come to a halt otherwise.
Maybe darkhound1 have already added it, been a while since I looked at that one, and if not, then the suggestion is now made.
