Yep they hold a lottery for one bottle of that once a year. Way out of my league. I got lucky and had a friend that worked there at Pappy distillary event I got invited to.

Gonna have to try some Rolling Rock, if you recommend it, it must be good! Threw a bachelor party for a buddy of mine when I was 21, the mixture of beer and whiskey did not go well. I'm glad pictures don't exist of the event! There are stories of me imitating a fountain that are probably true!

How do you get the High Lust Vial ? its 0/3 in my inventory.

You need high lust when doing it (I forget the value needed, probably over 70 or 80 lust).
Remember to talk to the doctor/nurse for vials/more vials.
You can run out and then after which the effort is wasted ... well sorta, until you get some new vials.
The quest tracker just count the vials, it does not itself provide any.
Edit : Forgot the blue pill, need to take that too.
