There is, but it's not widely used yet. It was introduced not long ago and I didn't have time to use it widely just yet.
It means having to going through a lot of already existing scenes.

I mostly play with sounds turned off, in the office on my laptop, the game is open in background...
Would be interesting to play the sex sounds

I don't know what else to do the game doesn't start anymore I deleted the things in the folder and reinstalled the game but nothing
We'll need a little more info other than the game won't start. Like what are you running it on? Do you have the latest version? Are you using the companion mod? Is that the latest version? Things like that?
