Would that be four scenes? Are we supposed to guess scenes at random and hope we hit on the ones you need? Of course you could just download the Companion Guide and find your answers within.
Is there any way that i can remove an item from the inventory?, need to drop the high tech binoculars, i cant see any scene from the balcony, i think i need the basic binoculars first

No to swapping out the binoculars and as for scenes from the balcony, you are aware that there are only two days at specific times when you can see anything from your balcony, right? Didn't know that? Try talking with the receptionist or better yet, download and READ the Companion Guide!

The first thing is to make sure that your graphics card driver is up to date.
If it still is happening try this...
DELETE the persistent file in these two folders (Save & AppData).
Try to start the game again.
Save folder... (Holiday Island/game/saves)
AppData folder (C: user/***/AppData/roaming/RenPy/Island-1499865023)*** your user id
