Overview:
The sequel to Sei Shōjo Sentai Lakers directly continues the story from the previous game. Akira and his team of school girls with supernatural powers have repelled Galvan's forces and protected the Laker Crystals. However, a new adversary named Rayott appears on the stage. can some one please put it in laymens term on how to play the game after you downloaded the stupid pc98 to me??

Theres no instructions on what to do, any help will be good here.

I cant really help you as idk how I did manage to make it start (I think I download the ini somewhere, maybe here on the first one thread or in myadandonware) but try to download this txt and put it into your neko II folder where np2w.exe is present.
You then to edit the file and change the CDfolder and HDD1FILE strings to your game location and finally rename the file to "np2w.ini" (basically remove the .txt)
After that the game should start when you use execute np2w.exe

Honestly cant say it will work 100%
