Downloaded and decrypted it, appears to only be a few static pregnancy images so I would assume ending only but I haven't played it.

I certainly didn't see any images of her standing model with pregnancy which is what would usually indicate mechanic.

There is not option like you are showing. I only see Audio options and it finishes there without giving option to change language. Are we missing a file or update?

Don't know what to tell you, I downloaded it, opened options, pressed down arrow until it came to language, pressed right left arrow until it changed to English.

*edit* changed right arrow to left after being told it was the wrong key and apparently people couldn't figure that out themselves.
