For me the game crashes (closes without error) when I select that bottom option.
(Also, right-arrow does nothing on that selection so it seems I need to 'enter' before I can switch?)
Any suggestions or fixes for that? Is there a config file I could manually adapt, or that someone could share here?
On my computer it was the left arrow key to change to english. The right arrow key did nothing.

Left arrow does nothing 'on' the menu option
Did you have to go 'in' the menu first? For me the game keeps closing when I do that. I can start the game and use the options though, but yeah, with an incomprehensible language.

In the main screen, select third option from top (-> options menu), a new selection with more items should appear. Go down all the way to the last one (fastest: just press up once to jump there), and press right. Or use my savegame folder ^^
I was about to say, the preview images look like a culmination of 5 similar games
You expected the preggers to have reading comprehension and critical evaluation skills, that was your mistake. The whole reason they spam literally every thread incessently like idiots is because they can't look at the obvious clues to answer their dilemma.

Uh huh. And what would those "obvious clues" be, Mr. Smarty McSmartypants? There is literally no way to know about the amount or quality of content under a tag unless you played the game. Even after looking through the CGs at most you can tell how many of them there are and whether the pregnancy affects sprites.
But I'm sure a genuine Sherlock like you can tell from the title alone. As the universal genius that you are that should be easy, eh?

It's odd, art gives off super strong AI vibes but also doesn't have the fucked hands/weird blending you often see, and is surprisingly consistent for the protagonist at least, as well as doing layering/clothing damage, and one random semi-animated scene.
