Seems Aria stabs you if, on game+, you progress too fast before turn 20. And for fast progression i mean reach capital and build lot of building related in one turn. If you postpone reaching capital just building one build each turn, you can progress quietly avoiding being stabbed.

I see. I say that because those requirements to access the characters in the first place involve certain buildings and village statistics, and I didn't think I can do that since Textractor doesn't work on RPG elements and I can't be sure what exactly to do to unlock the DLC characters.

If you ever do get to playing it and unlock all the DLC scenes, or find a save file for them elsewhere, do let me know if that's alright.

So finally after playing JAP version that I posted, I can confirm that both DLC's are working.
In addition to already existing walkthrough (that was posted here numerous times) here are some notes and guide to DLC 1+2:

NOTE 1) I don't know why, but with both DLC's installed you can no longer watch Sophie's (nurse girl) CG's from gallery. She's still present in the game, but not in the gallery for some reason, probably it's a bug.
NOTE 2) Since now there's 16 total girls you can't get them all converted, after converting 12th girl you'll get Virgin Lode end, sad but it is what it is.
NOTE 3) Dunno why but it seems that Fiona's (Knight girl) confession trigger (security LESS than 30) works not all the time, but when it feels like it. Didn't remember having any problems with Holy Road in that regard.

So in the same style as previous guide here's the conditions, to unlock every CG of the girl same steps as before - 1) Convict them as witch (2 CG) -> Have Aria handle them (1 CG) + Wedding night (1 CG) -> Go preaching (2 CG) -> Convert+Confession (2 CG)

Pre-req - NONE (?)
Appearance - Build School -> Go preach
Confession - Faith 90+
Marriage - Build University

14. Gretel (Nun's Cheif Confidant a.k.a Prostitute Hunter)
Pre-req - NONE (?)
A - Build Brothel -> Heretic hunting
C - Faith 100+
M - Build 3 Church

15. Kirino (Assassin)
Pre-req - NONE (?)
A - AdvancedTower (3rd tier, the one that requires books from University) -> Appears after city building screen
C - Faith 170+
M - Build 5 Barracks (Sometimes doesn't trigger right away, maybe it's 6 Barracks)

16. Delphine (Queen)
Pre-req - NONE (?)
A - Build Palace -> Oil coating service
C - Faith 200+
M - Build 3 Palace (Sometimes doesn't trigger right away)

So it order to get 100% save file I still need to get "Aria stab end" and "Heresy Interrogator end", probably tommorow will post 100% save file for BaseGame+2DLC here (or update it).

You start the game with 20 Aria's hidden point, if this point drop to 0 she will stab you. Mass, Bless, Preach cost 1 point, Charity cost 3 points. Persecute give 8 points and let her SM a preggor give 50 points.
This point change what she say when action phase start. She will say 'We must begin to think about cracking down on religious dissenters soon.' or 'Let's hunt pagan.' when you have 3 or less points.
