The game is being reworked and, for now, the incest was completely removed in the latest Patreon version. It seems it would be added back with the Steam version. (read the latest comment in the game's thread for more info about it)
Have not played any of the new version but was pretty unimpressed with the early version. All the girls looked the same, and the story was pretty generic, and hard to follow at the same time. Dev does have some skills with the renders, so if the game gets completely redone and the incest patch updated, it may be worth a play.
