As I recall (of the ones I've played to the complete end):

I think Dev got a warning from Patreon and took the incest out in the remake. Doesn't explain why there is no patch though.

Sounds a lot like 53x - Homecoming. The MC has a lot of ventures, one of them is becoming a photographer, another is a covert operative.
