Well if the game has yellow tags, it has usually "some content."
The year really doesn't tell you anything. There are games which are out for years and have next to no content and you have fresh 0.1 games with hours of content.

You have to find the download that starts fresh from the beginning, not the update. The release is a sandbox style game, and if I remember correctly there is definitely M/S B/S scenes. I'm not sure where to find version 0.4? Download.. Twisted World is definitely worth a play, and it's one of my favorites on F95
