There seems to be a bunch of those. Started and never finished. I don't tend to play games by this Dev as I don't like to get invested in games that will never be complete, and most of their games have unavoidable Futa on male action, which is NOT my thing at all.

Friends, a new game, Family of Choice, has been released from the developer of Nine Rose Rings. The “incest” tag is there, the relationship suggests the name itself, M/S, B/S are naturally there, but no action yet. The models are not very good for my taste. There is a condensed version. Origin Story is not an incest game, but it's really felt like one, with element of M/S & B/S.
The mother of the house adopt MC, it can be category as foster incest.
If someone make a text dialog mod, easily become a true incest.
There's no sex activity with MC "Tenant & Roommate" yet, but go try it. Graphic and story are good.

Actually, I'm not sure if I ever noticed a mother character (relation to MC, that is), but it has most definitely earned the gold tag for B/S.
In addition to parts of the sex from the prequel (shown as a recording), it has also earned its golden F/D tag, since there are scenes outside of memories/recording now.

I agree with you, but did you read the Dev notes? He's practically begging players not to make an incest patch. Says it would ruin the story or something.

Intimate Relations has been finished for quite some time. It has true F/D, a lot of it.
King of Milfs finish was a rush job and the patch does not work properly right now, so I would say not gold tags for it. Don't know about the rest.
Been a long time since I played Ataegina, but I don't remember any incest in relation to the MC in that one. Maybe some side characters were related?
