This game has a mod that turns the game into True Siblings (Patch turned Sadie into MC's sister instead of his cousin) so maybe with can add this in the list modification also. Also the game is completed. I know its on the list but it does not show the Modification added with the New Patch.

Well, as for step-sisters I really liked a couple of ancient Japanese visual novels, Lunar Princess and The Devil On G String. But I kinda doubt you'll play them.
