"Cobbled-together engine assets" is what a Chinese GTA rip-off on the Play Store is. Comparing an Unreal Engine game with customization of this degree to some 20 dollar asset pack is insanely insulting for no reason, especially as you don't even know anything about what you're saying.
Exactly why you don't get a say on how a developer makes a game; you don't know anything, and you're the one judging in the first place. Also, who the fuck says "how old are you boy?" The last time I heard that was from my demented great grandfather.

Making a comparison to Star "load screen" Citizen and a triple a dev to an amateur developer is highlighting your lack of understanding whats required. BTW I'm not defending this game as it still in development just the process that it takes and the investment of time and money that is required.

Absolutely honest and fair commentary, on my view. Here they made a big map - and what to do on it? Approach a girl and have intercourse, every time without meaning and without any dialog and story. Animations oak, unbelievable and strange to make. And morph characters out of one. There's nothing else she can do.
Why everyone is excited about this "undergame" is not clear.
Perhaps I don't understand how games are created, how difficult and resource-consuming it is. But from the point of view of general requirements to games for modern consumers, this project can't give absolutely nothing. For example, for example, the same Carnal Instinct is much higher, although there is still a lot of work to be done. That's why I haven't even started this "game" for 3 months already - all updates are a total disappointment when I read what they added in the patchlog. I'm still waiting for something worthwhile to be added. Create strange animations of sexual intercourse and customize the character constantly - it's boring, monotonous and says only that the developer has a crisis of new cool ideas, and the cash cow - continue to milk further.
I would not be surprised if in half a year will add only two three new animations, the same number of clothing items and to customize screwed 10 sliders. That's it! Ah, well, and the map will expand yet maybe, if there is enough time.

Dude, it's literally a damn sex game. What do you expect? Immersive and complex mechanics like a Final Fantasy game? Like you get the fucking, you can customize the girls and change positions or scenario, a sex game in the end should be interactive porn, nothing more. Other games such as True Facials offer more freedom when it comes to movement or what you can do, but really, i think games like this should be like this, straight to the point and simple.
Yes your likely oversimplifying the process especially when the dev team is 1to 3 people and are probably not working full time on the project and who are likely as not skilled as the person working on a professional game.

There isn't just a character creator and sex drop in for the code and UI and the models, animations, and clothing items just dont exist for a porn game in a state that they are easily usable

Those games dont stop exist because of this one. This isnt the most deep gameplay but its using the latest tech its good for what it is

Don't have to explain anything to you, i just gave an opinion. Play what you like, those games don't stop existing and is not like you can't play them because a game like this exists. Also, please don't assume with that a person is ok with or not. "Sexy" is also relative to the user when it comes to NSFW games. If in a game where the point is sex or 3D porn and you have to grind or wait for it, then to me it's terrible. For that matter, isn't it better to start "game" IRL with dating if i wanna wait or the hyped for sex after i did the "steps"?
