It's literally a fully 3D game like Honey Select and such with customizable dolls and clothing. There are no CG's to extract.

The game starts on VR for me, I can use my VR to look around but is there any way to start in NonVR mode?

This can be a common issue in UE builds. Try running it with -novr in the command line.

Given the details of the assets, sounds, and player models the size is actually pretty small for Unreal Engine. Unfortunately, it's not something that can be simply compressed further than a zip or 7z file.

Wow, an actual adult Unreal game (or, well demo at this point) that isn't fumbling over itself when it comes to performance, even in the open world. 90-120fps (because that's what I limited it to) on my 2080ti. Can't wait to see what type of game it turns into.

Does anyone have an issue launching the game? Shows up in task manager but nothing comes up, no errors even.

It's not a game it's a porn scene simulator. Without a story, to me (porn in general) is not worth 1 cent.
I don't criticize who finances it (everyone is free to choose and finance what they believe) but, with funding exceeding 9500 dollars a month, I don't think it's that complicated to hire at least a decent writer.
As is often the case in this sector , a waste of resources committed to this technology project.

I have a UWQHD monitor and I'm not able to see anything. The game is starting and then the camera zooms inside the girls left arm. After that I see fragments of text and that was it.
Anyone knows a fix for that? Maybe it's an Unreal problem in general!?
