9500 a month? Goddamn... they are sure enjoying that, especially since the game looks like a mixture of free assets (I know cause I've gotten the same ones during the monthly free rotations) and ones that in total would have cost them less than $400

When I launch the game it opens the game through SteamVR, is there a way I can work around that?
First time I hear of this happening. You could try closing steam if you didn't already try that.
On an unrelated note. All these negative reviews about "this is not a game just porn" are pretty frustrating considering we spam you with notification boxes that say "This is currently just a sandbox/techdemo for you to mess around with while we work on game/story elements", it's just a half a year old version, in which I think we made a lot of progress. It is impossible to make a full game with story and stuff in that amount of time

Mate, that is an issue that you can read x thousend times on the Steam Forums for Early Access Games as well. Some people expecting fully playable "Gold"-Versions with every planned content already playable in Alpha Status. Don't take this seriously and don't let it get under your skin.On an unrelated note. This is purely info for the dev: The issue with VR stems with the VR plugins being enabled for the project. Even if VR is not coded into the project it still activates. Two workarounds I found are to disable VR plugins for the project if you never plan on adding VR later or adding the -novr command line when running. I usually disable plugins and then rebuild. Update: I had my console commands mixed up. From a shortcut command line use -nohmd to disable forced VR on launch. I tested and works.Thanks! We will be adding VR support soon, so the plugins are enabled on purpose. The no -novr command sounds interesting, tho. Thanks!
