Friends, please help me download version 0.38, all the old links don't work, I really need version 0.38, all the mods work on it, but they don't work on version 0.40

looks like it's trying to open ue project and don't found, not sure exactly but you can use:
0. re-download and make sure it is not corrupted archive, then unpack with 7zip, if problem exist then -
1. try run another app in that folder, which is 236kb
2. try to install the Visual C++ Redistributables 2012-2025 in your windows
3. update dependencies like directx, drivers also useful if long time didn't
restart pc
run app as Admin... also might help with compatibility Win 10.
