Honestly that felt a bit forced for the plot convenience.Uuuuuuugh, that doctor leaking info... the whole time i'm groaning "shuuuuuuuuuut uuuuuuuup you fucking idiot..." "ugh, you call that private?" "wtf is wrong with you you moron" and then of course the info is spied by some Gauld bitch... honestly, it might be realistic in how rumours spread, but my god is it shit to sit through... just want to smack a mallet on the heads of these dumbasses... also, whytf wasn't Miranda checking the windows? She just stood there and watched him when she should've been scanning for spies or lookie-loos...
Didn't you make a decision earlier on as to whether you wanted to pursue a relationship with Miranda? AFAIK every relationship is avoidable. You literally get a couple of decisions when having a forced sex scene with Melinda about how much you want to pleasure her.
Kinetic means no choices. It means relationships would be forced, you wouldn't get to choose what you do with them.Hmmm I wonder how many lines of code it takes, since the last player choice, to turn it into a kinetic novel.![]()
If there's a player choice (even one) it's technically not a KN.Hmmm I wonder how many lines of code it takes, since the last player choice, to turn it into a kinetic novel.![]()
I never knew that, I've played so many KN and most of them still had choices for relationships but nothing else. It gives choices to the players that want certain paths.Kinetic means no choices. It means relationships would be forced, you wouldn't get to choose what you do with them.

Yes thank you.If there's a player choice (even one) it's technically not a KN.
Mods apply the tags (uploaders can too.) So there's some degree of subjectivity in there. I wouldn't call this kinetic either way. Even the narrative stuff, like choosing a favorite weapon, prevent it from getting a kinetic tag. The choice of story you like that influences the story you get from Sabrina later, etc. That doesn't even get into relationships. You have 3-4 ways to handle Kaela's dad.I never knew that, I've played so many KN and most of them still had choices for relationships but nothing else. It gives choices to the players that want certain paths.
NoI have a question that I been wondering about for awhile. It might be a dumb question but is medicinal the same as medical?
What's the difference between medicinal and medical herbs, spices and supplies? No
Medical is the overall process of getting better - doctors, hospitals, processes, treatments.
Medicinal is the drugs used to help you get better.
In that context they are pretty much the same thing and the word is interchangeable. What's the difference between medicinal and medical herbs, spices and supplies?
OH!!! interesting to know about that!! By the way... incredible game, loved every second of it, now is just wait for the next updateI bring this up every now and then, but it's worth repeating for those who don't know:
My intention was for the changes to the story to be as seamless as possible so that the player can, hopefully, immerse themselves as much as possible. Every single update gives the player at least one exclusive scene based on previous choices. Even if you don't realize it's happening, your choices have made a difference in the information you received, the conversations you had, and even the portrayal of certain characters.
There are many examples, but an obvious one is where, depending on what spell you choose, you get entirely different training segments with Maryn. Another example, if you've finished this update,You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
Anyway, I just wanted to clear that up since I can understand how some might not notice the changes. Especially if I'm doing a good job blending them all together.
Hmmm, well, if I am not wrong, medicinal herbs are the ones used because there are folklorical knowledge of their use to alleviate symptoms or treat certain illnesses with them, whereas medical herbs are the ones used because their medicinal / medical properties have been studied and confirmed by science, and their properties can be replicated and analyzed following scientific procedures every single timeWhat's the difference between medicinal and medical herbs, spices and supplies?
Yeah but it's OBVIOUSLY a KN!I bring this up every now and then, but it's worth repeating for those who don't know:
