Hey all,
I don't have a progress report this week since I spent most of it waiting to rush out any emergency patches that might have been missed during testing, but there wasn't a single one reported, so I was able to relax a little for once.
I realize that the update hasn't made its way here yet, and you guys genuinely surprise me every release with how chill you are in giving devs a respectable amount of time to earn a little bit before dropping leaks. I respect the hell out of that, but I would also feel too guilty to leak the update myself because it feels like a betrayal of the kind people who just subscribed. However, this is F95, so if someone else happened to leak it, I certainly wouldn't hold it against them. Honestly, a full week's grace period on a pirate site is already more than anyone can ask for!
Anyway, I'm just going to step away from the forum for a moment, and whatever happens, happens!
Honestly, though, if by some strange occurrence the update hasn't made its way here by next week, then I might have to leak it myself just out of sheer respect for the community.
One way or another, I hope you all enjoy the new content when you get to play!

will you be able to upload the new update to itch, since they have re-listed most of the de-listed games? And if yes, when would that happen? Also, it seems I cannot download the latest update from itch anymore, despite purchasing it in 2024.
I can't really discuss it much here as it's considered off-topic for this thread by F95's rules, but Itch isn't out of the woods yet. They've only reindexed free content, and all adult creators still have all their funds frozen until the situation is fully sorted out.
If you want more accurate info about the Itch situation, I'm sure a quick search of the forums will provide a few threads that have much more information than I do. If you have any more questions for me, then DM me so the thread doesn't veer off-topic.

There wasn't much to post in the changelog, but I updated it along with the cover art
This is the first time I'm hearing about this issue with this release. Everything should be compatible. I'm not sure what file you downloaded, but if you downloaded the patch, you could try reinstalling the full ch5-p1 update.
I downloaded the full update here from f95, the saves are from the last update (4.2), only thing that comes to mind that can be a cause is the fact i played the game on joiplay. Ill try to download from my phone
