One other thing is the game has an auto save where when you press sleep it will save. Launching the game again will have an option to load the game.

The loading works, thanks. Regarding the repetition: When I go into the main room in the morning and click on Jess, the trip always starts again for me after she has given me the scratch paper etc. There are no other game options left.

That's the last option, the ending of that scene is when they go home and that's the final scene.
