The only difference is the render engine, play what works for you. If both works for you, it doesn't matter which you play they will be the same.

I have played part A, which appears to end with food delivery, but when i tried path B it gets stuck on a loop

between open gl and vulcan? nothing, only th UI, choose the one that works better for you, between path a and path b? b is full vanilla, a is NTR and degenerate, but right now there isnt much NTR, and it can still be avoided if you want to.

play it, it is really short, and it is nicer to discover by yourself all it has.
