Sorry to say this, but R3.1 is very outdated - now we have Repack R7 for a while.
I recommend to download this version (torrent file here
You must be registered to see the links
). R7 is running out of the box without needing any fix.

I think you misunderstood my post. I already downloaded the torrent you're referring.
I was just asking about an installation guide because there's one in the first post.

I´m a little confused - did you download the full Repack R7 yet? And have extracted the .7z somewhere on your drive?

If so, create a shortcut of InitSetting.exe to your desktop at first, then launch the InitSetting.exe and activate Enable GraphicsMod and choose your resolution, now you can start the game from here.

This big file (game alone 45 GB) is normally to download only splitted into >10 parts. This is also bad work to download and it may happen, that one or more parts are not correct downloaded. Then the extracting fails.

You can run the torrent download over night without observation. It will safely download the whole file even when your internet is interrupted occasionally.

Hello, I am new to HS2 and the game seems to be premodded, Are there any criitical shortcuts that I must know? I read readme.txt in game's folder but nothing usefull is in there. I am asking about this becouse I found graphic's mod menu and was completely blown away by how mod cam make game look. Please spoonfeed me this info.

If you have the Repack, the most useful mods are included.
It´s recommended to enable GraphicsMod (but then NO DHH!). In game press F5 to open, go to SSS Tab and enable it. Many cards from here need SSS.
Enjoy the game :)

Yes, I have indeed downloaded the full repack and extracted the .7z, as mentioned in my original post.

Some of my cards are changing clothes and accesories on their own. I change them back, overwrite the old one, but they still change back to the wrong ones. Also, after playing normal mode I see a bunch of cards in my trash bin. Loading characters takes suspiciously long. I'm running R3, would upgrading to the latest pack fix it?

If your game is running well, leave it as it is.
But maybe you get a card that needs an updated mod.

You have an update function on the starting screen of InitSetting. But be warned - I crashed my game with updating. Since then I always download the newest Repack an make a new installation.

Cannot export tattoos from skin overlays....body underlay texture showing blank or white...so export current texture option isn't working...am I doing the right thing to add more tattoos or it's all wrong !!!

Thanks man !!! Another question....should I update the game too...not using DX version !!
In previois pages and other threads it was said that more paint mod is available but no mod name is written and in some places said paint can be exported like dress...any guidance plz
