Man, I've got some problems. When I turned on screen space reflections(turned on by default) in DHH or graphics mod, there would be a circle of light around the body, if you turn reflection off and the light will be gone. And in some scenes like the gent's club lobby, those reflections on the ground look pretty weird. Is there a way to fix the "body light aura" without turning off reflection?View attachment 2695179
Due to the need to patch BepInEx 5.3 plugins to BepInEx 5.4 format, as well as initial caching of zipmods, initial/first launch will take longer than usual. This is a one time thing, until plugins are updated for the new format and zipmods are cached.
From this release onward, the optional modpack for Studio is no longer bundled with the main repack. If you want that, you may find it on my download site treated as its own repack.
If you have trouble starting the game, start the game once through the launcher (InitSetting.exe), this will check for errors and fix them as well before starting the game.
You can update the sideloader modpack (clothing mods etc) from the launcher. Just press the icon in the lower left corner of the launcher with the arrow to check for updates. I'm updating that more often than the main pack, so should get some updates there every so often

New install?Hey guys.
I couldnt find anything, so im asking here.
when i start the game i dont have any main menu ingame. no writings, no nothing. ive got the R13 BetterRepack and updated everything. thx for your help
Seems the game doesn´t load correct.
Most often reason for this is a bad game folder location.
Should be on top of a drive and possibly not C:\, give a short main folder name without unnecessary subfolders --> e.g D:\HS2-R13.

Depends what you have downloaded.
1 big torrent .7z file should normally work fine, best tool is 7-Zip.

Man could you make a guide of updating the vanilla version(using your .bat file) to R13? I tried to install VNGE and MMD Director on vanilla version, but it didn't work. I definitely missed some pre-required mods.View attachment 2695179

And the clothes parts are ton, maybe you can list the characters mods and clothes mods and some other mods you packed. Then I can remove some unwanted parts to reduce the size.
Also, is there a way to arrange the windows in studio? I made some change and the next time I lunch the studio, some remained there but some didn't.

May I ask from which "update" are you guys talking about???the current update has killed my game.
RougeComet: "vanilla" version??? I don´t know what this should be, I only know the BetterRepack from ScrewThisNoise (the base game + the whole Sideloader modpack for the game) and that since version R4.1
If you have an older version the better way is to download the newest version (R13) and make a clean new install.

Anyway both should work without any troubles, my install since release https://f95zone.to/threads/honey-select-2-dx-r13-illusion.53457/post-11003329, running update yesterday.
so
I had already updated to 13 today and installed the shader - everything ran without problems.
then I let the updater still run through, because I had not yet pulled down everything on it.
when it was done, my game did not find the initsetting.
after a backup the game ran, but all shaders of hanmem were no longer recognized correctly and it comes this message.
think the game has some eien allocation not properly executed and it therefore comes to this double allocation.
will make the days also times a reinstallation and if everything runs my mod archive again drauf pack...
ps.. ScrewThisNoise has yes in his version as a result of BepinEx geupdatet.
had also already meant that it could be the problem, since hanmen 3.0 should run from 5.4.21 ...
have it therefore meanwhile also times with the new on 6.0 tried ... no chance. Error is still

This is a well known error prone way.
I´m always make a clean new install (since R4.1 this game found me) and never had any issues after running updater.
The new Hanmen shader haven´t tested yet - I will report the result if executed.
EDIT: working fine
Btw as I´ve seen in your screenshot you should shorten your file pathes and skip your first main folder, for example D:\HS2-R13 (and nothing else).

There is a "[BR] Vanillify the game.bat" file in the game folder. ScrewThisNoise said that running it can give you the vanilla version. If you don't know, check his R13 post.

So do I need to download the entire DX Base Game Repack and then download all of 2022-06-10 Optional Sideloader Modpack - Part Download ? Or just one?

So I got all the .7z files from the repack all-in-one on google drive, and when I try extracting them as a group it doesn't work. I get the same ol error message of "Cannot open file as archive". I've tried getting the files from the actual repack website, those didn't work either (since they send me to the same google drive anyways). Tried reinstalling it, still don't work. Anyone know what might be wrong?

You dont have to download the optional modpack if you don't play Studio.
