TL;DR : I installed the "SB3 patch with sideload modpack" on top of STEAM version of the game which I downloaded from OP, still can't see vagina.
I use ScrewThisNoise's repacks and in the 'mods' folder, the sideloader Modpack - Uncensor Selector subfolder contains 33 files.
I wish I knew as it happens to me too. It's usually (can't remember their name but it could be Hoohs)clothing shaders I always appear to not have.
Well, I deleted the whole game. I am now downloading the ScrewThisNoise's version from this link
This can be an "missing mod message" because of different versions.
Not so far I know.
Damn shame, despite everything Illusion were trailblazers in the Eroge industry. They will be missed. More reason to be supporting people like ScrewThisNoise doing so much work to keep the game alive.Illusion is hanging it up

Man, I've got some problems. When I turned on screen space reflections(turned on by default) in DHH or graphics mod, there would be a circle of light around the body, if you turn reflection off and the light will be gone. And in some scenes like the gent's club lobby, those reflections on the ground look pretty weird. Is there a way to fix the "body light aura" without turning off reflection?View attachment 2695179
Due to the need to patch BepInEx 5.3 plugins to BepInEx 5.4 format, as well as initial caching of zipmods, initial/first launch will take longer than usual. This is a one time thing, until plugins are updated for the new format and zipmods are cached.
From this release onward, the optional modpack for Studio is no longer bundled with the main repack. If you want that, you may find it on my download site treated as its own repack.
If you have trouble starting the game, start the game once through the launcher (InitSetting.exe), this will check for errors and fix them as well before starting the game.
You can update the sideloader modpack (clothing mods etc) from the launcher. Just press the icon in the lower left corner of the launcher with the arrow to check for updates. I'm updating that more often than the main pack, so should get some updates there every so often
