Most update reason is an newer BepInEx version and depending main mods.
You´re not forced to upgrade immediately, if your R13 is running well. For the moment it´s sufficient to run "update" for the Sideloader mods (InitSetting or KK-Manager).
But be aware that new mods created on base of the newest BepInEx may not work on older versions.

I never paid attention to this (I never even knew it's there until 2 nights ago). But there's a measurement mod in the character creator. But when I tried to use it, there's no digits to use like in the rest of the editor. I checked the log and it's Red Lined. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to update the game?

And if all else fails, where can I download the mod separately?

Usually because of chara rotation.
Maybe the Y axis is rotated 180 degree.
So there is no fix for this. All you can do is rotate it not at 180.

I rotated the character a little and it stopped, thanks.

If you click on the button highlighted and then click on the "Refresh" button in the measurements section it should work.

You can not in the main game, but you can in the studio just like the one in my signature.

If it's a CRC for the whole torrent I doubt it will help but here is the folder.

In simple words you have to use forcing" positions like anal, forced missionary, bondage.......

I´m repeating myself again and again: game loading issues are mostly caused by bad game location.
Be sure to have it on top of a drive, possibly not C: - e.g. D:\HS2-R14

Guess who overlooked a folder named "Uncensor" in /MyMods folder. Yeah... I found it. Here you go.
There are few of them and I accidentally deleted most of them when organizing. Luckily this one is spared.
Seems like I got it from foraging from Futaboy's old post.

Edit : I couldn't find his Patreon page since I vaguely remember getting them there. But in exchange I found that he is distributing his mods in Anime Sharing Forum. Here is his page and the one specifically about penis you're looking for.

Edit2 : After reading his post all over again, I stumbled upon his request to not share his mods in other board or modpack. That explains why his mods are not included in the BR. So to respect his request, I will delete the links. Just hit me a DM if you want it.
